At first I was skeptical. I didn't know if PumpYourLife would give me clear, actionable advice. Sometimes Alon does not explain things in depth, he seems to focus more on motivation and execution, on actual doing rather than understanding and knowledge.
Still, Alon definitely has one of the very best bodies out there (definitely the body I would most like to have myself) and I spend more on supplements + gym membership in any given month than this course costs for lifetime access... so I just went ahead and gave it a try.
Surprisingly, the information is pretty detailed. He tells you not only what he does but also in depth how he does it and and why it works.
He does not give you exact training- or meal plans and that feels a little bit uncomfortable at first... but he tells you how to listen to your body and feel what is working and what isn't. Once you understand what feelings you need to create in your body to achieve maximum muscle growth and try that then you will find, that it is actually super easy to do.
I am now 6 weeks in and I am blown away. I have never had such fast results with anything else before, even personal training (well the 3 personal trainers I tried also do not have a body nearly as good as Alon does). Anyways, my six pack is ready for the beach and I feel great and in tune with myself.
For someone who wants a great body while living an easy life style with good food and short, intense sessions at the gym without having to count calories and tracking all kinds of stuff this is great. It really feels like 20% of the effort compared to what I did before and the results are better. Highly recommend it.
